I am an avid marathon runner, triathlete, and ultrarunner. I am certified in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University and I am dedicated to providing nutrition information and delicious, healthy recipes for athletes and non-athletes. I am committed to making this world better by inspiring others to eat better food and live healthier, more active lives.
I am a certified Pilates instructor, marathon runner, and founder of Pilates for Runners. I have been a vegetarian for over 20 years and, now vegan, I share my husband Patrick’s passion for great food and natural wellness. I believe we can all benefit by moving to a plant-based diet.
