Grateful Grahams are simply perfect. If you’re thinking this is just another graham cracker, go out and buy a bag and see for yourself why they put the typical graham cracker to shame. They are all natural, all vegan, and completely delicious. They currently come in two tasty flavors, cinnamon sugar, and chocolate, but other flavors have been seen around town lately like Pumpkin Pecan Spice. They are soft and chewy, not hard and crunchy like typical grahams, and they melt in your mouth.
Grateful Grahams came to life a few years ago when Rachel DesRochers left a career in marketing to follow her passion – creating something wonderful she could give back to the world she was so grateful for. She knew it had to be something she enjoyed doing, it had to be wholesome and nutritious, environmentally friendly, and delicious. She loved baking and began making grahams for family and friends. They were such a huge hit she decided to sell them, and we are so grateful she did!
We always have a bag of Grateful Grahams in the pantry, and it’s never full. We love crumbling grahams on a bowl of vegan ice cream; they make an amazing graham cracker crust for vegan cheesecake; we always use them for s’mores using vegan marshmallows and dark chocolate, and of course we eat them right out of the bag!
Due to high demand, Rachel has moved the production of Grateful Grahams from her home to a commercial kitchen, but the result is the same – a wonderful treat that is kind to the animals, kind to the planet, and kind to our bodies. That is something we can all be grateful for.
Grateful Grahams are available locally here in Cincinnati at Whole Foods, Park + Vine, Picnic and Pantry, Jungle Jim’s International Market, Joseph Beth Booksellers, and Blue Manatee Children’s Bookstore. They are also available online at Pangea Vegan Products.
