Avocados are a great source of Omega-3 fatty acids and they contain 3 times the potassium found in bananas. Try this super easy and delicious oil-free salad dressing on your favorite greens today!
1 vine-ripened tomato, cut into quarters
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup fresh basil
Juice of 2 lemons
Sea salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy; adjust salt to taste.
Toss with dark leafy greens for a healthy, oil-free, and delicious salad!
